What is your production capacity?
Our production capacity varies based on product type and order size, ensuring we meet client demands efficiently. We have an area of 1,524,600 ft² working zone, with over 200 workers and 5 seamless product lines. Mouthly yield 500,000 unit products.
We first process raw base textiles with premium industrial machinery to complete core fabric treatments, including coating, dipping, laminating and lacquering. After the coated PVC/TPU technical fabrics are ready, we carry out all subsequent fabrication procedures for finished products in order: slitting, cutting and stamping to shape materials, followed by various sealing and welding techniques such as high-frequency RF welding, hot air sealing and hot wedge welding. We then conduct industrial stitching, custom printing, and final frame mounting to complete finished items like customized tarps, curtains, canopies, tents and shelters.
Yes, we provide comprehensive custom solutions covering both ODM and OEM services to satisfy wholesaler’s unique demands. For ODM cooperation, we customize product specifications such as sizes, structures, fabric colors, surface printing and matching accessories based on your designs. For OEM branding and packaging customization, we offer a full range of personalized items following the production packing workflow: woven labels, care labels, hang tags, stickers, QR codes, custom printed polybags, color boxes, export cartons, pallet shipping marks and user manuals.
